WHAT MAKES OUR POULTRY BETTER THAN OTHERS?
Our “beyond organic” chickens are only ever offered in the summer months so they can consume a pasture diet and live outside their entire lives. They have access to fresh lush grass, grubs, bugs and scratch grains at all times. Their grass diet brings out a yellow colour and is evidence of a “true” pastured bird. See the

Our Heritage Turkeys are also raised outside on pasture with the same love and care as our Chickens. Their heirloom breeding and high standards for how these birds are raised result in such unique and divine flavour; these birds are a must for Thanksgiving &/or Christmas supper.
