What you need:

Beef Roast: ~ 4lbs
Garlic: 1 tbsp, minced
Rosemary: 1 tbsp, dried
Bay Leaves: 3
Soy Sauce: 1 Cup
Water: 6 Cups
Hamburger buns: 10
Butter: to taste


Step 1) Place roast in slow cooker and season with garlic, rosemary and bay leaves. Pour soy sauce and water into slow cooker.
Step 2) Cook on LOW for 7-10 hours. The longer it cooks, the better.
Step 3) To serve, remove roast and pull apart with two forks. Place shredded beef on buttered buns. Spoon sauce from slow cooker into small bowls and dip bun. Makes about 10 servings.
Step 4) Enjoy!!
